To this end, when the police come to interview Nick he takes them up to Will's apartment, but there is no one there. The police view Nick with suspicion and so Nick decides to try to get to the bottom of the murder himself.

As he finds out more about the murder and the police close in on the killer Nick comes to realise that the murderer may be closer to him than he once thought.
