Even before Alex Browning boarded Flight 180 destined for Paris, France, he sensed something was terribly wrong. But when he experiences a disturbingly realistic vision of the airplane bursting into a giant ball of flames, he knows something is terribly wrong. Distressed by Alex's prediction, a flight attendant escorts the frightened boy, along with several classmates and a teacher off the plane. Angry and puzzled by Alex's behavior, the group watches from the airport as their flight takes off without them. But just then the unthinkable happens... exactly as Alex had predicted, Flight 180 explodes into a giant ball of flames killing everyone on board.

Torn betweem the idea that Alex actually saved their lives and the possibility that he may have somehow caused the crash, the remaining group doesn't know how to react to Alex. The only person who trusts him is a girl he barely knows, Clear Rivers.

But death returns to claim the Flight 180 passengers. One by one, each person who was escorted off the plane with Alex meets a bizarre and untimely death, and Alex soon discovers a terrifying pattern that leads back to him.

With an entire community in fear of him and his psychic powers, Alex's only hope is Clear, the one person who believes in him. But soon, Alex realizes that Clear, like the others, is now is grave danger. As the minutes tick by and death inches close, Alex must do everything in his power to stop this evil cycle once and forever.
